Your Safety Comes First
As the beautiful beaches of the Dominican Republic gradually reopen, travelers to Villa del Caribe can rest easy knowing that your safety will be ensured while at our beach front vacation home. Our protocols are aligned with the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) standards, the Dominican Republic Ministry of Tourism, and companies in the hospitality and medical hygiene sector.
Cleaning Protocols
Our friendly staff provides cleaning, meal preparation, local tour arrangements and spa services. They wear a mask and gloves at all times during interactions with our guests. Villa del Caribe is utilizing a 24 hour waiting period in between guest stays to ensure that our staff thoroughly completes the following:
- Disinfectant all surfaces indoors and outdoors
- Dust, sweep or vacuum all floors
- Clean hard surfaces (such as walls and flooring)
- Wash all dishes and laundry
- Empty all garbage cans and line with fresh bags
Arrival Instructions
Please wear a face mask while you are at your hometown airport, on plane, and at all times in the airport. Your temperature will be taken upon arrival, and it is a quick and easy check in process to the Dominican Republic airport. One of our staff will be wearing a mask and waiting for you right outside of baggage claim, holding a sign with your name on it. You and your group will be escorted on a drive that is less than an hour in a thoroughly sanitized vehicle. Upon arrival, feel free to make our home your home and enjoy the entire house and outdoor pavilions, complete with several patios, balconies and a luxurious and sanitized outdoor pool.
